truBarre™ (55 minutes)
The Union Method truBarre™ classes are carefully choreographed to help students achieve beautiful, healthy bodies, while improving postural balance, flexibility, co-ordination and grace. Get a complete body workout as you tone your muscles through small isolated movements. Our instructors will target each of your muscle groups to the point of exhaustion and then stretch those muscles in a way that promotes long, lean growth instead of bulk. Each class follows a thoughtful sequence for fast body shaping results.
truBarre™ Cardio (55 minutes)
A high energy spin off of the classic truBarre™ conditioning class. This fast paced class combies the heart healthy benefits of cardio with the strength and toning of truBarre™ fitness and finishes with an invigorating stretch series.
truBarre™ HIIT (55 minutes)
truBarre™ HIIT pairs excercises from the classic truBarre™ conditioning class with high intensity interval training. Different from the traditional truBarre™ classes, tennis shoes are required. Come ready to sweat and feel the burn!
Cardio Circuit (55 minutes)
Cardio Circuit combines moderate to high intensity strength and cardiovascular training in a fun and efficient circuit format. Each exercise is performed in sequence for a specific number of repetitions or period of time with short bursts of cardio in between exercises. Complete your daily cardio and strength requirements in one hour with this hybrid class! Tennis shoes are required!
Pilates Mat (55 minutes)
All are welcome but this class is designed for the strong beginner and intermediate client. An open level class combines Joseph Pilates’ classical principles of flow and precision to the most fundamental of Pilates’ work – the floor routine. Pilates props are sometimes included.
Vinyasa Yoga (60-90 minutes)
A dynamic yoga practice combining strength, flexibility and concentration taught in a vinyasa (flow) style. Careful attention is placed on the breath and proper alignment. This vigorous practice heals and detoxifies the body, soothing the nervous system while building cardiovascular strength and stamina. The focus discovered during this practice awakens clarity, passion and confidence that will accompany you off the mat into your daily life. All levels welcome.
** Pre-registration is required for all group classes. All group classes require a minimum of 3 people to hold the class. If there are not 3 people registered, you will be notified that the class is cancelled. The cancelled class will remain on your account for use at a later date.

Pilates Springboard (55 minutes)
Take your favorite Pilates Mat class and add spring resistance to it and you have yourself one muscle defining body toning class. In The Union Method's Springboard Class work your legs, Arms…and everything in between!! By using the Leg Springs or the Pull Down Bar of the Springboard apparatus, you will feel a targeted burn for the upper and lower body while strengthening the core! Classes have a no more than 4 students to ensure personalized attention and maximum results.
